It’s true, nothing good ever happens after midnight. Bellator MMA star Tito Ortiz (pictured) was cited for misdemeanor battery Friday morning after allegedly getting physical with a woman inside Drai’s Nightclub in Las Vegas.

According to TMZ.com, the Las Vegas Police Department were called to the scene at 1AM after a woman claimed the UFC Hall of Famer got physical with her while trying to rip her cellphone away. The unnamed female believes Ortiz thought she was taking pictures of him inside the club.

Ortiz was not arrested, but was cited for misdemeanor battery.

The woman is currently considering her legal options.

This isn’t the first time Ortiz has been in trouble for allegedly getting physical with a female. In 2010, he was arrested for felony domestic violence at the Southern California home he and then-girlfriend Jenna Jameson shared.

The Orange County District Attorney decided not to file charges in that incident citing insufficient corroboration to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Ortiz had attacked Jameson.
