Multiple reports have surfaced that Bobby Lashley’s Strikeforce debut has hit another snag as the promotion had never officially made Jimmy Ambriz his opponent for “Strikeforce: Miami.”

Lashley is currently undefeated as an MMA fighter owning a 4-0 record, but needs to make a big splash for Strikeforce at the end of the month to help the promotion, as well as his career, continue to move forward.

Strikeforce also has to choose his opponent wisely as they tried to do with Yohan Banks who wasn’t sanctioned to fight Lashley because they felt it would be too much of a mismatch.

Time is winding down as January 30th is quickly coming and Strikeforce is running out of time to name an opponent for the former WWE champion.
