According to multiple media outlets, a lightweight contest between former champion Forrest Griffin and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira is on tap for UFC 113 on May 8th.
Nogueira owns an impressive 18-3 record and exploded onto the UFC scene when he disposed of the up-and-coming Luis Cane with a barrage of lethal strikes, viciously ending their UFC 106 contest in just under two minutes.
The talented Brazilian will be riding a six-fight winning streak into the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and he’s hoping lucky number 7 will launch him into immediate title contention.
Although Griffin remains one of the organization’s most popular athletes, he’s gone a mundane 1-2 over his last three fights. The Xtreme Couture-trained fighter bounced back nicely from his humbling defeat to Anderson Silva at UFC 101 when he squeaked-out a split decision over Tito Ortiz at UFC 106.
Here are the other fighters rumored for the pay-per-view broadcast:

Sam Stout vs. Jeremy Stephens

Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson vs. Matt Mitrione
