With Frank Edgar, lightweight champion BJ Penn and UFC brass all making the trek to Abu Dhabi over the last several days, it was only a matter of time before the organization officially announced that UFC 112 will be taking place at the Concert Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports was the first to report on the UFC’s first outdoor event slated for April 10th.

“UFC 112 is our first ever outdoor event and it is taking place in the hometown of our brand new partners, Flash Entertainment. We are very happy we could deliver what fans around the world will recognize as a stacked card featuring the sport’s biggest stars,” UFC president Dana White said.

White isn’t joking when he says the sport’s biggest stars will be on display as the organization confirmed two title bouts for the show, a lightweight scrap between Edgar and Penn and a middleweight 5Round affair between title holder Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort.

A third bout between former UFC welterweight king Matt Hughes and Renzo Gracie was also made official.

Here are the other fighters rumored for the show:

DaMarques Johnson vs. TBD
Terry Etim vs. Denis Siver
Kendall Grove vs. Mark Munoz
Matt Hughes vs. Renzo Gracie
Frankie Edgar vs. BJ Penn (UFC Lightweight Champion)
Vitor Belfort vs. Anderson Silva (UFC Middleweight Champion)
