Spike TV announced the television ratings for this past Saturday’s “The Ultimate Fighter 8 Finale.” The two-plus hour broadcast averaged 1.9 million viewers, and came in number one in the key male 18-34 aged demographic. The event took place at the Pearl inside the Palm Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The broadcast attracted a total of 539,000 male viewers between the ages of 18-34, earning the UFC and Spike TV the top spot in the highly coveted demographic.

The overall rating for the show was a 1.3, earning a 1.87 rating with males between the ages of 18-34.  The event garnered a 1.64 rating for males between the ages of 18-49.  The card also drew a solid 1.16 rating with male and female viewers between the ages of 18-49.
