Lost in all the “WEC 47: Bowles vs. Cruz” madness from Saturday night was the fact “Sengoku Raiden Championships 12” was jumping off in Tokyo, Japan just a few hours later.
Sengoku middleweight champ Jorge Santiago headlined the card and was able to outlast the talented Mamed Khalidov to earn himself a unanimous decision victory.
The event took place inside the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan. It did not air live in North America, however HDNet will broadcast it via tape delay on March 12th at 10PM ET.
