It was reported yesterday that the first of three installments of “UFC Primetime: St-Pierre vs. Hardy” captured one million viewers during its original airing on Spike TV.

With all the talk surrounding the lower than expected ratings for “WEC 47: Bowles vs. Cruz” and anticipated low buy rates for last month’s UFC 110 event, the media has taken Zuffa, LLC to the woodshed.

However, things seem to be on an upswing for the world’s premier MMA promotion as all of its superstar are finally healthy and scheduled to be competing within the next several months.

Starting with “UFC on Versus ,” the organization will embark on a crazy pace over the next three months as they will host six events between March 21st and May 29th, including four pay-per-views.

UFC 111: St-Pierre vs. Hardy” is arguably the UFC’s most star-studded card since UFC 100 and it doesn’t stop there. Anderson Silva and BJ Penn will defend their respective titles at “UFC 112: Invincible,” Mauricio “Shogun” Rua gets his rematch with Lyoto Machida at UFC 113 and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson will finally square off against Rashad Evans at UFC 114.

We’ll see how parts two and three of “UFC Primetime” fare on March 17th and the 24th, respectively, but if the first episode was any indication, Octagon brass appear to have things back on track.
