Team Quest fighter Thierry Sokoudjou was set to fight Lyoto Machida at UFC 79 and Sims took some time out to talk to us about Sokoudjou’s chances, as well as give us his predictions on how the fight went. Unfortunately as everyone now knows, Sokoudjou came up short against Lyoto Machida. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to speak to the guys at Quest the next time we’re out in Temecula.
