Anderson Silva and BJ Penn Featured in Official “UFC 112: Invincible” Trailer

Now that UFC 111 has come and gone, let’s take a look ahead to the organization’s next pay-per-view broadcast, “UFC 112: Invincible” on April 10th in Abu Dhabi.

The show will be headlined by two title bouts, as lightweight champ BJ Penn defends his belt against Frankie Edgar in the evening’s co-main event, and middleweight king Anderson Silva will battle Demian Maia in the night’s featured contest.

Silva was originally slated to face top contender Vitor Belfort inside the Concert Arena in the United Arab Emirates, however the former UFC light heavyweight champion was forced to pull out of the highly anticipated bout due to a shoulder injury.

Maia took a unanimous decision over Dan Miller at UFC 109 in his last Octagon outing. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu wizard owns an impressive 12-1 professional record and has finished in 10 of those W’s, eight by way of submission.
