The Ohio State Commission is forcing six fighters to sit the sidelines for injuries sustained during their respective bouts at UFC 96 this past Saturday.

Gabriel Gonzaga received a 60-day suspension after suffering a 1stRound TKO to Shane Carwin.

Mark Munoz will also be forced to sit out a minimum of 60 days after he was on the wrong end of a vicious head kick in the 1stRound of his bout with Matt Hamill.

Although Pete Sell appeared to receive the worst beating of the night, he will only be forced to sit out 30 days. Matt Brown thoroughly dominated Sell before the fight was finally called to a stop in the 1stRound.

Jason Day was issued a 30-day suspension after receiving a 1stRound TKO by Kendall Grove on one of the event’s undercard matches.

Mike Patt will also be sidelined for 30 days for his unwillingness/inability to check leg kicks.

UFC rookie Ryan Madigan will be out indefinitely after Tamdan McCrory rudely introduced him to the big leagues.
