After finally ending his four-fight, five-year losing streak, UFC Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock tested positive for three different anabolic steroids following his win over Ross Clifton at War Gods.
According to the California State Athletic Commission, “The World’s Most Doped-Up Man” tested positive for Norandrosterone, Noretiocholanolone, and Stanozolol.
Shamrock faces a suspension retroactive to the date of his February 13th bout. He will also be fined $2,500 by the Commission.
It is not known whether or not Shamrock will appeal the decision, however this turn of events jeopardizes his March 21st match against former WWE star Bobby Lashley on Roy Jones Jr.’s upcoming boxing/MMA hybrid promotion in Florida.
