Lost in the hoopla of the NBA Finals is the fact MMA fans can vote on where the WEC will host a yet-to-be-unannounced December event. Thanks to the UFC’s little brother and Amp Energy, YOU can have your voice heard by going to WEC Hometown Takedown.

Amp Energy and the WEC have compiled a list of 30 cities from across the country. Fans are encouraged to vote on where the event will go down, which would likely serve as WEC 54.

Voting in the “Hometown Takedown Contest” is open now and ends on July 31st. Fans are allowed to cast a ballot up to 10 times each day until the contest closes.

Amp Energy, a PepsiCo product, is currently the official energy drink of the WEC. Amp also sponsors former WEC featherweight champion Urijah Faber and his talented Team Alpha Male amigos Joseph Benavidez and Chad Mendes.
