The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) released the medical suspensions following this past Saturday’s UFC 81: Breaking Point from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Only one of the eighteen fighters on the card were suspended past March of 2008, while the rest of the fighters can fight as early as April which is good news for Brock Lesnar fans because he’s expected to be back in the Octagon as soon as June.

Here’s how the list of medical suspensions broke down for UFC 81: Breaking Point:

Antonio Nogueira is medically suspended until 3/2/08 and cannot have contact until 2/24/08.

Frank Mir is medically suspended until 3/2/08 and cannot have contact until 2/24/08 due to a laceration on his scalp.

Kyle Bradley is medically suspended until 3/19/08 and cannot have contact until 3/2/08 due to lacerations on the right side of his face.

David Heath is medically suspended until 8/1/08 unless he gets cleared by a doctor due to a nasal fracture. At minimum he can’t compete until 4/3/08.

Marvin Eastman is medically suspended until 3/2/08 and cannot have contact until 2/24/08.

Keita Nakamura is medically suspended until 3/19/08 and cannot have contact until 3/2/08.
