Strikeforce M1 Global Heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko

All the fighters slated to participate in tomorrow night’s “Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Werdum” event tipped the scales inside the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California.

Saturday’s Showtime broadcast features the return of company golden boy Fedor Emelianenko. The Russian is a heavy 6-to-1 favorite to extend his winning streak to an unprecedented 28 when he meets Fabricio Werdum.

Werdum boasts a respectable 13-4-1 overall mark and is perfect in his two scraps for Strikeforce. The Brazilian was last seen taking a hard-fought unanimous decision over Antonio “Big Foot” Silva this past November.
