Dana White has gone almost as far as guaranteeing that in 2008, the Ultimate Fighting Championship will have an event at either Madison Square Garden (New York City) or the TD Banknorth Garden (Boston). White told The Patriot Ledger, “I’m going to be as bold as to say I guarantee you either we’ll be in the Boston Garden or Madison Square Garden”.

White himself is actually a product of New England and would love nothing more than to bring his organization to his home state of Massachusetts. The only hurdle that the UFC President would have to get over is getting sanctioned by the state’s regulators.

Obviously Madison Square Garden would probably give the UFC the most bang for their buck, so it would only make sense that Dana White would want to hit up NYC before having an event in Boston, but we’re going to have to wait and see.
