Lightweight Ed Ratcliff has just announced he will be facing Chris Horodecki at WEC 51 inside the 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
“About to put a serious beatdown on horodecki on sep 30th. Im jus sayin!” Ratcliff Twitted.
Horodecki owns an impressive 15-2 professional record. He bounced back nicely from a disappointing WEC debut by submitting last-minute replacement Danny Downes at WEC 49. Anthony Njokuani trounced the soon-to-be 23-year-old in his first appearance with the UFC’s little bro.
Ratcliff, meanwhile, hopes to get back on the winning track after a tough loss to Donald Cerrone at WEC 45. Although 9mm fought valiantly, “The Cowboy” ultimately took home a 3rdRound submission victory. Ratcliff has dropped two of his last three inside the cage.
It is unknown whether this lightweight tussle will appear in the live Versus broadcast on September 30th.
