For the second time in as many days, UFC welterweight king Georges St-Pierre made an appearance on ESPN. Wednesday’s spot involved a critical training session, while in today’s SportsCenter interview he revealed his plan of attack for Josh Koscheck.
Although Kos claims the champ’s title will be long gone by the time he regains consciousness, if he dared stand with him on Saturday, St-Pierre believes Koscheck is playing mind games and will actually try to wrestle the belt away from him.
St-Pierre took a unanimous decision win over Koscheck in August 2007, however has promised their rematch won’t be left in the hands of the three officials sitting Octagon-side.
GSP puts his strap on the line this Saturday at UFC 124 in front of his hometown of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The pay-per-view broadcast begins at 10PM ET/7PM PT, however UFC.com will offer two free preliminary bouts an hour before.
