After UFC 125‘s controversial draw between Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard left betters thoroughly unsatisfied, the Gambling Gods have released the wagering odds for next month’s “UFC 126: Silva vs. Belfort” blockbuster show to tantalize their taste buds.
The star-studded card features a middleweight title scrap between champion Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort. The powers that be have pegged “The Spider” nearly a 2.5-to-1 favorite to leave the Mandalay Bay Events Center with gold around his waist.
Belfort enters the biggest fight of his accomplished career at +190.
Former 185-pound champ Rich Franklin is almost a 2-to-1 favorite against Forrest Griffin in the night’s co-main event.
