When Strikeforce announced the pairings for their Heavyweight Grand Prix last month, the Gambling Gods originally pegged Fedor Emelianenko a whopping 5-to-1 favorite to dispose of Antonio Silva in the tournament’s opening round. With only three days until the curtain is drawn on tourney, it appears “The Last Emperor’s” price tag has just gone up.

Emelianenko has now moved to -550, while “Bigfoot” checks into the biggest fight of his life as a 3.5-to-1 underdog.

The night’s other HW GP quarterfinal matchup features former UFC champion Andrei Arlovski and Sergei Kharitonov.  Once again, a Russian is expected to advance to the semifinals.

Showtime will broadcast Saturday’s show at 10PM ET/PT.

Here are the tournament lines (Courtesy of Bodog):

Favorite (-) Underdog (+)

Fedor Emelianenko -550
Antonio Silva +350

Sergei Kharitonov -130
Andrei Arlovski EVEN
