UFC Middleweight Jorge Rivera

Jorge Rivera fully understands he has exposed himself by clowning Michael Bisping in his highly comical UFC 127 pre-fight videos. For that reason, the middleweight is prepared to pay the piper in Sydney, Australia.

“You knock me out and shut me the [expletive] up? Everything is cool,” Rivera told MMAJunkie. “It’s no problem. That’s what I get for running my mouth.”

Bisping previously claimed he was above fighting Rivera at this stage of his career. However, the Brit quickly changed his tune after watching “El Conquistador’s” YouTube spoofs.

“I’m having fun with everything right now,” Rivera added. “Let’s just get ready to fight. I’m entertaining the fans. This is me as a fighter, to entertain. To make you guys laugh (and) enjoy it and want to see the fight.

“I have to go in there and deliver. That’s what I plan on doing.”

Although Rivera’s bracing himself for the storm that may be headed in his direction, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t stand behind his skits.

“I look at this fights, and I think to myself, ‘Dude, you run around for 15 minutes; you don’t finish people,'” he said. “Make it an exciting fight. Come to fight me.”

The 185-pounders will co-headline UFC 127 on February 26th. The event takes place inside the Acer Arena in Sydney.
