Does anybody know how to instantly become public enemy numero uno? Well, with the simple hock of a loogie, Michael Bisping transformed himself into the UFC’s new most wanted man.
Just seconds after putting Jorge Rivera down in the 2ndRound of their UFC 127 showdown, the Brit taunted and spat in the direction of Rivera’s corner. Bisping then circled back to talk more trash in Rivera’s battered face.
Moments after his despicable display, a couple of his 185-pound counterparts quickly put their thumbs to work and requested a tango with “The Ultimate Fighter 3” winner.
Now that the taste of Anderson Silva’s foot has finally dissolved from his pallet, Vitor Belfort took to his Twitter account and called out MMA’s latest bad boy.
“On my way to the airport going back to vegas I am looking forward to fight bisping on may card I need to fight soon I want to get busy,” Belfort tweeted immediately after UFC 127.
The Brazilian wasn’t the only one that wanted a piece of “The Count.” MMA Inc. owner Mike Roberts teased fans with a tweet of his own just moments after the pay-pew-view broadcast wrapped.
“A certain “somebody” texted me after the fights saying he wants Bisping. I’m thinking that sounds like some verbal warfare is coming. 😉 ,” Roberts posted.
Roberts represents controversial middleweight Chael Sonnen.
No word on who’s next for Bisping, but UFC president Dana White told MMAFighting on Monday the company would discipline him for his deplorable antics.
