Strikeforce Middleweight Light Heavyweight Dan Henderson

If you ask the Gambling Gods, Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante’s reign as Strikeforce light heavyweight king will come to an end this Saturday inside the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. The Brazilian puts his title on the line against former PrideFC champion Dan Henderson in the card’s featured attraction.

The powers that be have pegged Feijao nearly a 2-to-1 underdog against the MMA legend. Hendo, on the other hand, will enter the hexagon as a -210 odds-on favorite to hoist the hardware.

Feijao shouldn’t feel too badly about his long shot status. Henderson was a 4.5-to-1 favorite when he lost to then-middleweight champion Jake Shields at “Strikeforce: Nashville” in April 2010.

Showtime will broadcast Saturday’s event at 10PM ET/PT.

Here is the wagering line for “Feijao vs. Henderson” (Courtesy of Bodog):

Dan Henderson -210
Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante +170
