5thRound.com Changes & Updates

First off, we here at 5thRound.com want to say thank you for your continued support of our quest to bring you unparalleled coverage of the sport of mixed martial arts. Over the past few months we’ve seen tremendous growth, which we attribute to each of you.

With growth comes change and the change started following UFC 100 when all of you clearly told us that our previous webhost would no longer be sufficient to meet your needs. What’d we do? We upgraded to a dedicated server to ensure that our site stays up even through the biggest spikes of traffic.

Next, we know that you’ve been hearing our voices but we haven’t heard yours. Now we have two ways to hear from the 5thRound.com readers. You can post comments on each and every news story we break by simply reading the story and then commenting right below to start a discussion with other 5thRound.com fanatics.

The other way you can let your voice be heard is to join our BRAND new forums. With our previous version of the 5thRound Forums, we heard loud and clear that it was too difficult to navigate and hard to find the registration and login pages. We’ve now gone ahead and integrated our forums with the site itself so the navigation is now seamless from the site to the forums and back.

All we need from you is to re-register for our forums as the member list has been purged to give everyone a fresh start on the NEW 5thRound.com.

Once again we’d like to thank you for your continued support as we’ve now hit over 400 Twitter followers on our official 5thRound.com Twitter account.

Please feel free to let us know what we can do to continue to make your browsing experience better. Oh yeah and don’t forget about our EXCLUSIVE Live Audio Round-by-Round coverage of UFC 101 this Saturday only on 5thRound.com!

Don’t forget to follow @5thRound on Twitter, Facebook and Google+!
