UFC Heavyweight Junior dos Santos

It’s not an easy life to live when you go from having to fight Brock Lesnar to Shane Carwin, but the sports books believe Junior dos Santos’ job got slightly easier when Lesnar was forced to pull out of their UFC 131 showdown.

When it was first announced dos Santos and Lesnar would meet for the heavyweight top contender spot after fulfilling their posts as opposing coaches on “The Ultimate Fighter 13,” the Gambling Gods pegged dos Santos as a -160 favorite to hand the former WWE star his second straight loss.

Although Carwin once donned a UFC interim title belt of his own, dos Santos enters their scrap as an early -200 favorite.

The Carwin Army will invade the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada as a +160 underdog against 2Santos.

UFC 131 takes place June 11th. The victor of the night’s main event will advance to challenge heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez for his crown.
