Twitter was just breaking news left and right yesterday. After Laker great Shaquille O’Neal announced his retirement and UFC president Dana White confirmed a cross-over scrap between Georges St-Pierre and Nick Diaz, middleweight Kyle Noke tweeted his next appointment will come against Tom Lawlor.
“Just found out I will be fighting on August 14th against Tom Lawlor!! Tom is a good fighter should be a great fight!!!,” Noke posted.
Kyle Noke holds a 19-4-1 record and has looked impressive in his three scraps since appearing “The Ultimate Fighter 11.”
Lawlor owns a 7-3 professional record and was last seen posting a unanimous decision win over Patrick Cote at UFC 121 in October. The middleweight had dropped his two bouts prior to that.
