With only four days remaining until the curtain is drawn on “UFC 131: Dos Santos vs. Carwin,” Krzysztof Soszynski has once again been assigned a new opponent. Courtesy of a last-minute injury to Igor Pokrajac, the light heavyweight will now face veteran Mike Massenzio this Saturday inside the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.

UFC president Dana White announced the swap early Tuesday morning.

Soszynski was originally slated to fight Anthony Perosh in the star-studded show, but he too was stung by the injury bug prior to showtime.

Former interim heavyweight champion Shane Carwin and Junior dos Santos will battle in the card’s featured attraction. The victor advances to challenge UFC champ Cain Velasquez for his strap.
