With less than 10 days before the curtain is drawn on “UFC 132: Cruz vs. Faber II,” the world’s largest MMA promotion added a bantamweight scrap between Jeff Hougland and Donny Walker to their July 2nd show.
Hougland owns a 9-4 record and has rattled off eight straight victories since starting his career at 1-4. Speaking of late rallies, Walker will be riding a seven-fight winning streak of his own into the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a 12-6 MMA record overall.
Both 135-pounders will be making their Octagon debuts this Fourth of July weekend.
The pay-per-view broadcast will feature a bantamweight title tilt between champ Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber. The UFC has yet to announce if any preliminary bouts will be made available for free viewing.
