The Nevada State Athletic Commission has confirmed all 15 athletes who were requested to submit drug screenings for last Saturday’s “UFC 132: Cruz vs. Faber II” event have produced clean results.
In addition to featured fighters Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber, the NSAC also tested Chris Leben, Wanderlei Silva, Tito Ortiz, Ryan Bader, Carlos Condit, Melvin Guillard, Desnnis Siver, Shane Roller, Rafael dos Anjos, Brian Bowles, Aaron Simpson, Anthony Njokuani and Jeff Hougland.
Each were free from performance-enhancing drugs and recreational/drugs of abuse.
NSAC executive director Keith Kizer confirmed the results with MMAWeekly.
Nevada’s governing body typically tests main card contestants, all winning fighters and any competitors who previously flunked a drug tests. However, all athletes are subject to random screenings.
UFC 132 took place July 2nd inside the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.
