With exactly 11 days remaining until showtime, the complete 10-bout roster for “Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson” has finally been announced. The card’s main bouts were reported weeks ago, but it took a tad bit longer to arrange the five preliminary fights.
A blockbuster heavyweight affair between Fedor Emelianenko and current Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Dan Henderson will headline the extravaganza.
Women’s welterweight queen Marloes Coenen puts her crown on the line against bitter rival Miesha Tate in the card’s co-featured contest.
The Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois will host the July 30th event.
Showtime will broadcast the main bouts starting at 10PM ET/PT. It’s unknown whether HDNet will once again televise all of the preliminary bouts live. The high definition network did so last month for “Strikeforce: Overeem vs. Werdum.”
