The UFC has just announced that Vladimir Matyushenko will be returning to the Octagon to face Igor Pokrajac at UFC 103. The organization also confirmed that their Dallas, Texas debut will feature a remarkable 13 bouts.
Matyushenko stakes claim to an impressive 22-4 pro record, however was only 3-2 during his two-year run in the UFC back in 2003. To his defense, his losses came against a pair of future UFC champs in Andrei Arlovski and Tito Ortiz.
Pokrajac is currently riding an eight-fight winning streak, however this will be his first tango under the UFC’s bright lights. The Cro Cop Team-trained fighter has finished in 18 of his 21 career wins.
