Although Rashad Evans’ name appears first on the event’s tagline, the official promo video for “UFC 133: Evans vs. Ortiz” would lead most to believe Tito Ortiz is the card’s featured attraction.
Prior to serving up an upset special to Ryan Bader at UFC 132, the only time fans recently heard ‘Tito’s Back’ was if the statement was instantly followed by ‘is hurting’. However, since this month’s shocking submission victory, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization has really been pushing “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’s” unexpected resurgence.
“Tito’s Back” was immediately plastered all over UFC.com when the 36-year-old decided to serve as a last-minute substitute for injured Phil Davis. Ortiz enters the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania a 3-to-1 underdog against Evans.
