It appears some Brazilian-on-Brazilian crime will be going down on November 19th. On Tuesday afternoon, a lightweight affair between Gleison Tibau (Pictured) and Rafael Dos Anjos was added to the ever-expanding UFC 139 roster.
Tibau holds an extensive 23-7 record and will be riding a two-fight winning streak into the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California. He was last seen submitting Rafaello Oliveira at UFC 130 this past May.
Dos Anjos, on the other hand, is looking to build off the biggest victory of his career. He bumped his record up to 15-5 when he served up an upset special over George Sotiropoulos at UFC 132 in July.
A heavyweight title tilt between champion Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos will headline the pay-per-view broadcast.
Here are the athletes expected to appear in the show:
Josh Koscheck vs. TBD
Gleison Tibau vs. Rafael Dos Anjos
Zhang Tie Quan vs. Darren Elkins
Chris Weidman vs. Tom Lawlor
Urijah Faber vs. Brian Bowles
Junior dos Santos vs. Cain Velasquez (UFC Heavyweight Champion)
