After watching seven out of 12 favorites fall earlier this month at “UFC on Versus 5,” the powers that be are looking to redeem themselves with the wagering odds for the Octagon’s show this Saturday. You can tell the Gambling Gods’ confidence is a tad rattled, as only a few of the lines for “UFC 134: Silva vs. Okami” have been released with just four days before showtime.
The event features a middleweight title tilt between champ Anderson Silva and Yushin Okami. “The Spider” is a whopping 5-to-1 favorite to avenge his 2006 loss to the Japanese star.
Okami checks in as a 3.5-to-1 long shot.
UFC 134 takes place inside the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The live pay-per-view broadcast airs at 9PM ET/6PM PT.
