The injury bug strikes again. Shortly after announcing Pascal Krauss was forced out of UFC 138, a little blue bird announced welterweight DaMarques Johnson (Pictured) and featherweight Mackens Semerzier both suffered injuries and will have to withdraw from their “UFC Fight Night 25: Battle on the Bayou″ contests.
Johnson was slated to meet Clay Harvison, while Semerzier was penciled in to fight Mike Lullo in the September 17th show. Octagon officials are currently scouring the globe to find last-minute replacements.
Spike TV will broadcast the event’s four main bouts starting at 9PM ET/PT. Still no word if the UFC’s Facebook page will provide a live stream of the preliminary fights, but it’s highly likely they will keep their streak going.
