Spike TV Offers ‘Countdown’ Specials for UFC 135, UFC 136 and UFC 137

The UFC will close out their partnership with Spike TV in style. The powerhouses will offer their ‘Countdown’ special to promote UFC 135, UFC 136 and UFC 137.

The three pay-per-view broadcasts will showcase some of the Octagon’s biggest superstars.

UFC 135 takes place September 24th inside the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. Light heavyweight champion Jon Jones will headline the card opposite Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.

“Countdown to UFC 135” debuts Thursday, September 22nd at 11PM ET/PT.

The Toyota Center in Houston, Texas will host UFC 136 on October 8th and features a pair of title tilts. Featherweight champ Jose Aldo will defend his crown against Kenny Florian in the card’s co-featured attraction, while lightweight champ Frankie Edgar faces Gray Maynard in the main event.

“Countdown to UFC 136” premieres Monday, October 3rd at 11PM ET/PT.

Welterweight king Georges St-Pierre (Pictured) puts his crown up for grabs against Nick Diaz at UFC 137. The October 29th extravaganza takes place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Countdown to UFC 137” debuts Monday, October 24 at 11PM ET/PT.

After six successful years with Spike TV, the UFC will be taking their talents to FOX in 2012.
