There has been a whole lot of cut and pasting going on for the Octagon’s graphics department lately. A day after launching the new event poster for UFC 135, the company has released the revamped billboard for UFC 137.
However, the changes made to this ad was much more complicated. Instead of plastering ‘Champion vs. Champion’ across the top like the original poster had when Georges St-Pierre was defending his crown against Nick Diaz, this one has been changed to ‘Champion vs. The Killer’ to represent GSP’s new opponent, Carlos “The Natural Born Killer” Condit.
In addition, the card’s new co-main event between BJ Penn and Diaz has also been included in this advertisement.
UFC 137 takes place October 29th inside the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Here are the athletes expected to appear in the show:
Francis Carmont vs. Chris Camozzi
Dannny Downes vs. Ramsey Nijem
