“UFC on Versus 6: Cruz vs. Johnson” took place on Saturday night inside the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.
Dominick Cruz (Pictured) stepped into the Octagon to defend his bantamweight title for the first time since avenging the lone blemish on his record at UFC 132 against Urijah Faber.
“The Dominator” lived up to his monicker as he secured a unanimous decision victory in the night’s featured attraction.
Heavyweights Stefan Struve and Pat Barry put on a striking clinic before Struve took the bout to the mat and submitted Barry.
Anthony Johnson returned from a 16-month layoff and looked impressive while taking home a somewhat controversial TKO victory over Charlie Brenneman.
