UFC Lightweight Frankie Edgar

For those of you that placed an early bet on lightweight champ Frankie Edgar (Pictured), we’ve got some bad news for you. Just hours before the curtain is drawn on his trilogy with Gray Maynard, the sportsbooks lowered his line and have now pegged Edgar and his challenger dead even at -115 heading into UFC 136.

Prior to Friday’s weigh-ins, “The Answer” was a slight -140 favorite to avenge his August 2008 loss to Maynard.

The 155-pounders fought to a highly controversial draw in their rematch at UFC 125 this past New Year’s day, so it’s understandable why the Gambling Gods have taken the coin flip approach for tonight’s main event.

UFC 136 takes place inside the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The pay-per-view broadcast begins live at 9PM ET/6PM PT.
