“UFC 140: Jones vs. Machida” Main Bouts Confirmed

UFC Light Heavyweight Jon Jones

With the recent addition of the show’s featured attraction, the main bouts for “UFC 140: Jones vs. Machida” are now set. A light heavyweight scrap between reigning champ Jon Jones (Pictured) and former title holder Lyoto Machida will headline the December 10th card.

The co-main event showcases a heavyweight rematch between prior champions Frank Mir and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. Joining “Big Nog” in the lineup will be his brother, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, who challenges Tito Ortiz in a 205-pound affair.

A welterweight scrap with Brian Ebersole and Rory MacDonald, as well as a thrilling featherweight bout between Chan Sung “The Korean Zombie” Jung and Mark Hominick will round out the pay-per-view broadcast.

The Air Canada Centre in Toronto will host the star-studded event.

Tickets for the Octagon’s return up north go on sale this Thursday, October 13th.
