Just when you thought the weekend’s MMA excitement was over once “UFC 137: Penn vs. Diaz” wrapped on Saturday, we’d like to remind you that FOX will officially dip their toes in the mixed martial arts pond on Sunday by showcasing a “UFC Primetime” special.
The hour-long show will promote the network’s highly-anticipated MMA debut, which features a heavyweight title tilt between champion Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos (Pictured).
The documentary provides a behind-the-scenes look at the fighters’ preparation leading up to their November 12th scrap.
Depending upon your location, “UFC Primetime” will either air immediately before or after the NFL on FOX game assigned to your local market that Sunday.
The Honda Center in Anaheim, California will host UFC on FOX. The broadcast begins live at 9PM ET/6PM PT. The 265-pound shootout is the only bout slated to air live during the 60-minute broadcast.
