On Monday’s edition of Inside MMA, HDNet announced they have signed a multi-year deal to broadcast British Association of Mixed Martial Arts (BAMMA) events live in the United States.
“BAMMA puts on the best MMA shows in Europe and HDNet broadcasts the best fights from around the globe,” said HDNet Fights CEO Andrew Simon. “It was the perfect fit. I had to get this deal done.”
The high-definition network will break in their new partnership on December 10th with “BAMMA 8.” The event is slated to take place inside the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, England.
A light heavyweight battle between Jimi Manuwa and Antony Rea headlines the show.
“We see a US TV partner as a major step in our growth as an organization and believe we have found the ideal partner in HDNet,” BAMMA CEO David Green expressed. “We are very excited about this new partnership and look forward to bringing some first-class events to the US public.”
