There were 1,649 fans inside the arena on Saturday.
As customary with events airing on Spike TV and Versus, UFC president Dana White did not attend the post-fight presser. However, during the main event he tweeted, “The most one sided fight I might have ever seen in the UFC!”
Jason Miller also skipped the presser, as he was taken to the hospital for precautionary purposes. Although, he too took to his Twitter account to address his disappointing performance by stating, “Damn. Got tired. Got beat. Thanks for watching. I’ll be back stronger next time.”
Michael Bisping, Diego Brandao and John Dodson were the only people at the podium.
Although Michael Bisping was bombarded with boos all week, Diego Brandao took up for his TUF 14 coach and professed Bisping is a nice guy.
John Dodson stated he received even more boos than Bisping last night. Bisping quickly chimed in and said, “You must be doing something right.”
The Brit was seen giving T.J. Dillashaw a pep talk in the hallway prior to the post-fight presser.
Bisping blamed UFC color commentator Joe Rogan for the tremendous amount of boos he received at Friday’s weigh-ins.
