Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux, Quebec’s governing body, has medically suspended all 24 athletes who competed in this past Saturday’s “UFC 158: St-Pierre vs. Diaz” event.
The majority of the fighters were issued precautionary seven to 14 day bans.
Welterweight Nate Marquardt (pictured) will be sitting the sidelines the longest following his KO loss to Jake Ellenberger. “Nate the Great” will be out for 60 days.
UFC 158 took place inside Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.
