As expected, Josh Koscheck will be entering his UFC 124 showdown with welterweight king Georges St-Pierre as a significant underdog.
The challenger shouldn’t feel too badly about his long shot status because GSP was a whopping 8-to-1 favorite in his last outing against Dan Hardy. Now that he’s pegged at only -400, the powers that be clearly believe Koscheck will be able to present much greater resistance than the Brit.
Koscheck will finally be granted the opportunity to redeem his unanimous decision loss to St-Pierre from August of 2007 when they collide inside the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Although there’s less than two weeks until showtime, no other wagering odds have been released for the highly anticipated fight card.
Here is the early betting line for GSP vs. Kos II (Courtesy of BetUS.com):
Josh Koscheck +300
Georges St-Pierre -400
